May 8, 2025, Chengdu – Supported by the Chengdu Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau’s 2024 Special Fund for Social Organization Development, the project team of the social organization "Taohuayuan" visited the Chengdu Technology Business Incubator Association (CTBIA) today. They held in-depth discussions with CTBIA representatives, including its head, Lei Qiangsheng, and reached a significant cooperation agreement. The two parties will engage in deep collaboration in areas such as project introduction and landing facilitation, jointly fostering the thriving development of Chengdu's innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem.
Focus on Incubator Development & Policy-Resource Alignment
During the symposium, discussions centered on incubator operations and intellectual property (IP) policy application processes. Leveraging its extensive policy resources and industry expertise, CTBIA will provide professional policy guidance and application support to assist Taohuayuan in optimizing its incubator operation model and enhancing its capabilities in building a robust ecosystem and strengthening industrial chains.
Deepening Project Cooperation to Facilitate High-Quality Project Landing
Furthermore, both parties reached a consensus on introducing high-quality projects to Chengdu. By leveraging the platform advantages of the Sichuan Province "HAIKE Cup" Overseas Chinese Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, Taohuayuan will recommend premium startup projects to CTBIA. This collaboration aims to promote precise connections between these projects and Chengdu's various incubators and industrial parks, accelerating project incubation and industrialization.
